KASA People is a Belgian-based fashion brand specializing in handmade leather products. All items are crafted with care and attention to detail in our workshop in Turkey, and we sell and ship these products within Europe and internationally.
3. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a product under the following terms and conditions. KASA People reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are subject to availability.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the items you purchased and the total amount due. This does not constitute an acceptance of the order. The contract is finalized once the payment is processed, and the order is dispatched.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bancontact (for Belgian customers)
Payment must be completed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not successfully processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Belgium: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
We use reliable shipping partners such as BPOST and DPD for deliveries. You will be informed of the expected delivery date, and you may change the delivery location if needed.
6. Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at hello@kasapeople.com to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect. If the item meets all return criteria, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. We may offer alternative products or a refund if necessary.
8. Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applicable based on the destination country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
