Shipping policy

At KASA People, we take pride in crafting handmade leather clothing that is both unique and special. As most of our pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop, we kindly ask you to allow for approximately 4-5 days for production once your order is processed. After that, please expect 2-3 additional days for shipping. 

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in Europe.

Delivery Times:

• For Belgium, we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days.
• For Europe, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
  

Once your order has been shipped to your address, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you need your piece to arrive by a specific date, feel free to email us at hello@kasapeople.com. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order on time.

Shipping Partner: Bpost & DPD. We partner with Bpost & DPD to provide reliable and secure delivery services. Bpost & DPD deliver on business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will inform you via email about the expected delivery date. If the proposed date isn’t convenient, no problem! You can easily change the delivery date or choose a different delivery option via the internet link provided in your shipment confirmation email. For example, you can opt to have your package delivered to a nearby Bpost & DPD pick-up point or to an alternative address.

If your package is delivered to a Bpost & DPD pick-up point, please bring identification when picking it up. You will have 14 days to collect your package before it is returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that additional costs may apply.
