Refund & Return Policy

At KASA PEOPLE, we value your satisfaction and adhere to EU consumer laws to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and seals intact. Products must show no signs of wear, damage, stretching, or stains.
  • Products delivered in their own box must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, as it is considered part of the product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • If a returned product does not meet these conditions, KASA PEOPLE reserves the right to reject the return. Customers will be notified via email in such cases.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the item meets all return criteria, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
  • For items that fail inspection, the customer will be notified, and the return may be rejected or returned at the customer's expense.

Please note

Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the returns slip or invoice or packing slip.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other forms of payments, not even partially.

Returns outside the 14-day time frame cannot be accepted by Kasa People.
